I am a qualified level 1,2 & 3 personal trainer and nutritionist, with experience off training men, women & children in one to one sessions and group sessions. I am also a highly experienced professional boxer, motivational speaker and fitness model.

 

My aim is to help other people reach their goals in health and fitness, whether that be to lose weight, tone up or become generally fitter.

My sessions are focused around boxing and I encourage the use of pad work throughout our workouts however each individual client is different and therefore I will create a bespoke training regime for each individual client based on their own goals and aspirations.

I'm amazing at building core strength - resulting in great abs.  You will also gain fighting skills, weight loss and toning, increase stamina, gain in muscle mass and an increase in general fitness whilst also building mental confidence.

I have certificate from the Hatton Boxing Elite course as well as certificates in functional and kettle bell training. Nutrition packs and guidance are also available and provided to any clients to help promote with weight loss or to maintain health and vitality.
